摘 要:目的运用原子吸收分光光度法测定红细胞锌浓度并建立起本地区儿童红细胞锌浓度正常参考范围。方法建立起红细胞锌的测定方法并进行方法学评价,同时通过对本地区健康儿童红细胞锌的测定,建立起本地区儿童红细胞锌浓度正常参考范围。结果原子吸收光谱法测定红细胞锌浓度的线性范围广(33.4~400.5μmol.L-1),准确度高(回收率分别为:93.5%,96.2%,104.7%),精密度好(批内CV分别为2.49%、2.02%,批间CV分别为3.65%、2.93%),抗干扰能力强(携带污染率:0.55%,干扰实验结果:1.93%、1.85%、1.62%)。不同年龄段儿童的红细胞锌浓度有一定的差异,男女性别上没有差异。结论所建立测定红细胞锌浓度的方法适合在临床实验室应用,本地区不同年龄段儿童红细胞锌浓度的正常参考范围可能具有不同的临床意义。Objective Using atomic absorption spectrophotometry erythrocyte zinc concentration and set up the region children erythrocyte zinc concentration normal reference range.
