摘 要:对不同变形量的奥氏体钢制弯头进行磁性相检测,发现部分弯头中存在马氏体。采用模拟拉伸变形、磁性相的测量、Ni当量的计算等方法,对奥氏体钢管在冷变形过程中出现应变诱发马氏体的现象和影响因素进行了分析和研究。研究结果表明:奥氏体钢管的化学成分,变形量对应变诱发马氏体的产生有显著影响。通过热处理实验,确定了消除奥氏体钢制弯头应变诱发马氏体的热处理工艺。According to magnetism test, there were magnesium on the bended tubes of auste- nitic stainless steel with different transfiguration. The phenomenon and influence factors of strain induced martensite on austenitic stainless steel were studied by tensile test, magnesium test and nickel equivalent calculation. The results show that the chemical composition of tubes and different transfiguration have great influence on martensite production. The heat treatment was studied to remove the strain induced martensite on bended austenitic tube.
