摘 要:针对战场抢修的特殊性,以某5种装备的抢修效能评估为例,探讨如何利用熵权-集对分析方法来科学合理的进行抢修效能评估。通过对装备抢修的特点和抢修效能影响因素的分析,建立其评估指标体系;利用熵权-集对分析方法构建抢修效能评估模型,采用该方法计算熵权,确定评估指标权重,形成评估矩阵;接着通过比较相对同一度大小,按照抢修效能优劣顺序对该5种待评估装备进行排序。通过实例计算,验证了集对分析方法对抢修效能评估的有效性,为装备的优选及改进提供了科学的依据。Aiming at the particularity of the battle field repair, the method which employed the set pair analysis based on entropy weight to rational efficiency evaluation of the repair had been discussed taking certain five amphibian equipments as example. Firstly, the evaluating index system was established by analyzing the characteristic of the repair and the factors which influence on the efficiency evaluation of the emergency repair. Secondly, an evaluation model of the efficiency of the emergency repair was made based on set pair analysis and entropy weight, and its weight of evaluation indexes was gained by calculating the entropy in order to form the optimization matrix. Then, the equipment which had optimal efficiency of the emergency repair was chosen after the five candidates being ranked by comparing the degrees of identities. At last, validated the theory of the set pair analysis, and proved scientific basis of the optimum and elevation of the equipment.
