摘　　要：柠檬醛是一种重要的单萜化合物,存在于多种芳香植物精油中,具有柠檬样香气,是香精香料、化妆品行业最重要的物质之一。同时,柠檬醛具有杀虫、驱避、抗菌、抗氧化等生物活性,近年来研究又发现其具有抗癌、治疗心血管疾病、平喘止咳等作用,越来越多的研究人员对此感兴趣。文章综述柠檬醛相关生物活性的研究现状,旨在为进一步研究利用柠檬醛提供参考。As an important monoterpene,citral existed in diverse essential oils of aromatic plants,which was one of the principal ingredients in perfume and cosmetic industries.More and more scientists were interested in citral,not only for its insecticidal,repellent,antimicrobial and anti-oxidant properties,but also because the effect of anti-cancer,curing cardiovascular disease and relieving cough and asthma from citral were discovered recently.the research progress of citral biological activity was summarized,aimed to provide basic theory for further citral research and utilization.
