摘 要:研究了用模拟绿液制备苛化碳酸钙及其加填对纸张施胶性能的影响。结果表明,在苛化碳酸钙制备过程中,改变碳酸钠与氧化钙的摩尔比对苛化碳酸钙性能产生明显影响;提高碳酸钠与氧化钙摩尔比,虽然降低了反应的苛化度,但却明显改善了苛化碳酸钙的品质;在碳酸钠与氧化钙摩尔比相同的条件下,生石灰中氧化钙的含量较高时,不仅有利于提高反应的苛化度,还有利于提高苛化碳酸钙的品质。苛化碳酸钙用于纸张加填时,生石灰中的杂质,特别是酸不溶物可能是降低成纸施胶性能的因素之一。The effects of the application of causticizing calcium carbonate as filler on the paper properties were studied.The causticizing calcium carbonate was prepared by using simulative green liquor and quick lime.The results showed that the quality of causticizing calcium carbonate improved as reaction causticity reduced,when the mole ratio of sodium carbonate and quick lime was increased.In the same mole ratio,increasing calcium oxide content of the quick lime not only increased the reaction causticity,but also improved the quality of calcium carbonate.The acid insoluble material of quick lime might be one of the factors which resulted in sizing deterioration when the causticizing calcium carbonate was used as filler.
