摘 要:针对纸浆漂白过程温度控制的大时滞、大惯性、对象参数时变的特点,探讨了最小二乘法在辨识参数中的应用,对单回路控制系统进行改进,提出了基于主副回路Smith预估补偿的模糊串级控制,对漂白塔温度和蒸汽流量进行补偿,同时利用模糊控制器为主调节器。仿真结果表明,与传统单回路控制相比,改进的控制系统具有更好的动态特性和鲁棒性;该控制系统的应用案例验证了其良好的控制效果。Bleaching process is a large inertial,large time-delay,time-varying process with much random disturbance.Aiming at these characteristics,this paper discussed the application of least-square estimation in parameter identification.A cascade control method based on fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was proposed.Two different Smith predictors were added in the main and inner of the system separately to compensate the pure lag of the temperature of bleaching tower and steam flow and fuzzy controller was used as the main controller.Simulation result showed that improved control system was much better than the traditional PID cascade control method in terms of dynamic performance and robustness.At last the paper verified its excellent control effect by application cases.
