摘　　要：在现代化、全球化的背景下,能源博弈早已超越能源自身的范畴,影响着全球政治、经济和环境的全过程。世界各国都从自身利益出发围绕能源的话语权和控制权开始激烈争夺。博弈的结果就是国际油价的不断波动。在全球一体化的进程中,油价的波动不仅左右着世界经济的格局,也对各国民生产生着重大影响。无论你是否愿意,你都得自觉或不自觉地参与到能源的博弈中来。这也是国际社会能源博弈的根源之所在。Under the background of modernization and globalization, the energy game has gone way beyond its own category, affects the whole process of the global political, economic, and environmental. All countries in the world from their own interests around the notion of energy control and contested. The result of the game is the international oil price fluctuating. In the process of global integration, the volatility of oil prices not only about the pattern of world economy, also having a major impact on the livelihood of the people. Whether you want to, you have to consciously or unconsciously involved in the energy of the game. This is also the root causes of international community energy game.
