摘 要:针对大型能源企业日趋迫切的科学决策需求,综合研究机构作为企业的"智囊",应以信息技术为支撑,构建专业的信息系统来提升决策服务的及时性和有效性。基于此,首先梳理了国内外能源企业研究机构相关辅助决策信息技术进展情况,包括行业信息情报平台、学术信息传播平台、研究课题管理平台等;其次,针对电力行业,结合智能电网的发展规划,提出了电力企业研究机构未来信息化决策的发展方向,主要包括电力数据挖掘、电力流式调控、能源电力规划、运营分析监测和电力安全预警等;最后,描述了信息化建设的架构示例和预期效果。To meet the urgent scientific decision needs of large scale energy enterprises, as enterprises' adviser, the comprehensive research institute should build a professional information system based on information technologies to improve the promptness and effectiveness of decision services. Thus, this paper firstly analyzes the development situations of decision support information technologies used by several platforms including the industry information platform, the academic information transmission platform, and the research project management platform, from research institutes of domestic and overseas energy enterprises. Secondly, according to smart grid's development plan of the power industry, this paper points out the development direction of future informationization decision for power enterprise research institutes. These development direction includes power data mining, power stream-style adjustment, energy and power planning, operation analysis and monitoring, and power safety precaution. At last, the framework of the informationization construction and the expected effects are given.
