摘　　要：随着电网建设和电力通信技术的发展,改变以往各类别、各厂家设备在各自独立的网管系统中进行管理和监控的模式,建立电力通信网综合管理系统成为了一项迫切的工作。文章在介绍电力通信网运行管理特点和需求,分析系统关键技术的基础上,设计了山东电力通信网综合管理系统的建设方案。实践证明,该方案界面清晰、功能全面,大大提高了电力通信网运维管理的工作效率和工作质量。with the development of grid construction and power communication technologies, there is an urgent need to build an integrated management system for power communication network in order to convert the traditional management and monitoring mode that network management system is incompatible to devices from various providers. This paper introduces the characteristics and requirements of power communication network operation and management, analyzes its critical technologies, and designs a construction solution for the integrated management system of Shandong electric power communication network. Practices show that the solution is clear and comprehensive, and greatly improves work efficiency and work quality of communication network operation and management.
