摘 要:树木隐患和外部隐患是威胁输电线路安全稳定运行的重要因素之一,为解决以往管理流程不规范、信息数据不准确的状况,建设应用信息化管理系统,设置隐患信息、标准文本数据库,应用人员权限、审核确认、查询统计、综合分析、导入导出等功能模块,实现外部隐患的分级、统一管理,有效规范记录格式,动态汇总整理数据,规范处置流程,监督现场工作,及时确定管控措施和处理重点,实现对输电线路走廊情况的动态掌握,全面提升管控效率和工作质量。The risks from trees and other external things have been an important factor that has an impact on safe and stable operation of transmission lines. To solve the issues of irregular management process, and inaccurate data, this paper proposes an informatization management system, which has several function modules including risk information management, privilege management, auditing, query and statistics, comprehensive analysis, import and export. By risk classification, integrated management, standard record format, dynamically summarized data, standard management process, determined management and control measures and focuses, the system can dynamically know of the situations of transmission lines, and comprehensively enhance management and control efficiency and work quality.
