丹栀逍遥散治疗特发性高泌乳素血症临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察丹栀逍遥散加减治疗特发性高泌乳素血症的临床疗效。[方法]将特发性高泌乳素血症患者60例随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组给予中药,对照组给予西药溴隐停,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察血中泌乳素(PRL)和相关激素水平及临床症状体征变化情况及不良反应。[结果]观察组临床综合疗效总有效率为93.3%,除孕酮(P)和促黄体生成素(LH)外,血清雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)等指标治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在改善不良反应方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹栀逍遥散加减治疗特发性高泌乳素血症疗效良好,值得临床推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Hyperpro-lactinemia （HPRL） patients treating with Danzhi Xiaoyao powder. [Methods] The patients with HPRL were divided into two groups. Observed group was treated by Danzhi Xiaoyao powder untoward effect for three menstrual cycles. Control group was treated by ergolactin. To observe PRL and other hormone levels as well as the clinical signs, symptoms and adverse drug reaction. [Results] The results showed that the total effective rate of observed group was 93.3%. Without pro- gesterone and luteinizing hormone, the changes of serum estradiol, prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone had significant differences （P〈0.05） after treatment compared with before treatment in observed group. But compared with the compared group, it had no differences （P〉0.05） except adverse drug reaction（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] These results indicate that Danzhi Xiaoyao powder is as effective as ergolactin in the treatment of HPRL and application in clinic.
