清肺通络汤对儿童肺炎支原体肺炎血液流变学影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清肺通络汤对儿童肺炎支原体肺炎血液流变学的影响。[方法]对40例支原体肺炎患儿随机分成两组,各20例,对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用清肺通络汤,观察治疗组、对照组两组治疗前后组内、组间血液流变学-全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、聚集指数、红细胞压积的变化。[结果]两组全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、聚集指数、红细胞压积组内、组间治疗前后数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001或P<0.05)。[结论]清肺通络汤有降低调节儿童肺炎支原体肺炎全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、聚集指数、红细胞压积的作用。[Objective] Explore and discuss the effect of Qingfei Tongluo decoction on hemorheology in children with mycoplasma pneu- moniae pneumonia （MPP）. [Methods] The 40 cases of children with MPP were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, 20 cases each group. Besides the foundation treatment of western medicine in control group, the treatment group was given Qingfei Tongluo decoction based on the basic therapy. The change of hemorheology, the low-shear blood viscosity （WBLSV）, plasma viscosity （PV）, red blood cell （RBC） assembling index and haematocrit （HCT） were observed before and after treatment. [Results] Compared with the control group, the treatment group could improve the WBLSV, PV, RBC assembling indexd and HCT （P〈0.001 or P〈0.05）. [Conclu- sion] Qingfei Tongluo decoction can reduce whole blood WBLSV, PV, RBC assembling indexd and HCT of MPP in children.
