摘  要:目的探究高频超声对乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤的鉴别诊断的价值。方法将该院2009年9月—2011年12月患有乳腺癌的25例女性患者和患有乳腺纤维腺瘤的75例女性患者作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析,分为乳腺癌组和乳腺纤维腺瘤组。对这100例患者分别进行乳腺高频超声检查,对其乳房肿块的形态、边缘回声、内部回声、后方回声作出描述及诊断。结果乳腺纤维腺瘤组患者乳房肿块较规则,基本为圆形或椭圆形,边缘较清晰、光滑,内部回声较均匀,后方回声衰减较少;乳腺癌组患者肿块较不规则,边缘较不光滑,内部回声较不均匀,后方回声不改变和增强较纤维腺瘤组无明显差异,但回声衰减稍多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论除了个别直径较小的肿块外,乳腺高频超声检查对乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤的诊断的准确率较高,是鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤的重要方法。Objective To explore the the value of differential diagnosis in breast cancer and fibroadenoma of breast with high frequency ultrasonography. Methods In our hospital from 2009 September to 2011 December suffering from breast cancer in 25 cases of female patients and patients with breast fibroadenoma in 75 female patients as research object, were retrospectively analyzed, divided into breast cancer and fibroadenoma of the breast group. Of the 100 cases were breast high-frequency ultrasonography of the breast mass, morphology, edge echo, echo, rear echo made description and diagnosis. Results The group of patients with breast fibroadenoma of breast masses are rules, essentially circular or elliptical edge, smooth, clear, internal echo is homogeneous, posterior echo attenuation less; breast cancer patients masses are irregular, the edge is not smooth, internal echo is uneven, rear echo does not change and enhance a fibroadenoma was not obvious echo attenuation differences, but slightly more, P0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion In addition to individual smaller diameter mass, breast high-frequency ultrasonography in breast cancer and fibroadenoma of the breast diagnostic accuracy rate is higher, in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors is important method.
