经后腹腔镜与开放肾囊肿去顶减压术比较

摘　　要：目的探讨经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术(A组)与开放肾囊肿去顶减压术(B组)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年5月—2012年8月78例A组患者和65例B组患者的临床统计资料,比较两种术式术中和术后的相关疗效指标。结果所有143例手术均获成功。两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床时间、术后住院天数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组术后肛门排气时间及引流管拔除时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 A组和B组比较,在手术时间、术后下床时间、术中出血量和术后住院天数等方面明显优于B组。经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术安全、有效、微创,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgeries （group A） and open surgeries （group B） in the treatment of renal cyst. Methods Group A（78 cases） and group B（65 cases） between May 2009 and April 2012 were ret- rospectively reviewed. Intraoperative and postoperative data were contrasted. Results All operations were successfully accom- plished. By analyzing the two group data, There was significant difference in the duration of operation, amount of blood lost, time of ambulation after operation, and postoperative hospital stay between group A group B （P〈0.01）.However, there were no significant difference in post operative passage of the aerofluxus time and uprooting drainage tube （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Group A revealed better results than group B in the duration of operation, amount of blood lost, time of ambulation after operation, and postoperative hospital stay. Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgeries is a safe, effective and microinvasive procedure in treating renal cyst and well deserves to be recommended in clinical practice.
