摘　　要：目的探讨缩窄性心包炎患者心包剥脱术后综合护理的效果。方法将该院2008年1月—2012年9月行心包剥脱术的32例缩窄性心包炎患者分为常规组和综合组,分别给予常规护理和综合护理,分析两组的术后并发症发生率及患者满意度情况。结果综合组的护理满意度高于对照组(68.75%vs.25.00%,P<0.05);术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(25.00%vs.75.00%,P<0.05),其中低钾症状例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对缩窄性心包炎患者心包剥脱术后实施综合护理效果较好,可提高护理满意度并减少术后并发症,可在临床护理中进行推广。Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing on constrictive pericarditis treated with pericardial？decortication. Methods 32 constrictive periearditis patients treated with pericardial？decortication from January 2008 to September 2012 were randomly divided conventional group and integrated group and given routine care and integrated care, respectively. The incidence of postoperative complications and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between groups. Results The patients＇ satisfaction of inte- grated group was higher than that of conventional group （68.75% vs. 25.00%, P 〈0.05）; The total incidences of postoperative com- plications in integrated group were higher than the control group （25.00% vs. 75.00%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of integrat- ed nursing on constrictive pericarditis treated with pericardial？decortication was better, worth being promoted clinically.
