产前超声诊断胎儿左心发育不良的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声检查在诊断胎儿左心发育不良综合征中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009—2011年期间该院诊断的6例胎儿左心发育不良综合征的超声资料及随访结果,并对尸检和(或)产后超声心动图检查的结果进行比对分析。结果产前超声诊断的5例左心发育不良胎儿中,经引产后尸检或产后超声心动图复查证实4例,1例失访;1例产前超声误诊为单心室,出生后超声心动图诊断为左心发育不良。结论产前超声检查对诊断胎儿左心发育不良综合征具有明确诊断价值和意义,但需注意鉴别诊断,避免误诊。Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal Left ventricular hypoplastic syndrome. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the ultrasound data and follow,-up results of 6 fetal HLHS by my Hospital diagnosis in 2009-2011,and compared and analyzed the results of autopsy and （or） post-natal echocardiography. Results 5 cases were diag- nosed as HLHS with prenatal uhrasonography,among the 5 cases, 4 cases were confirmed by autopsy after birth or by postnatal e- chocardiography, 1 cases were lost; One was misdiagnosed as single ventricle, It was diagnosed with HLHS by echocardiography. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal HLHS had obvious diagnostic value and significance, but should pay atten- tion to differential diagnosis,to avoid misdiagnosis.
