摘 要:在碱性介质中,K3[Fe(CN)6]与鲁米诺产生化学发光反应,盐酸阿霉素对该体系的发光强度具有显著的抑制作用,且光信号的减小值(△I)与盐酸阿霉素的浓度在一定的范围内成正比。基于此建立了一种流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸阿霉素的新方法。在最优实验条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.4~2.5μg/mL,检出限为2.9×10-2μg/mL。对1.2μg/mL的盐酸阿霉素连续平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.1%。该方法用于血浆中盐酸阿霉素的分析,回收率在98.4%~102.0%之间。A new analytical method coupled with the flow injection technique for the detection of doxorubicin hydrochloride(DOX) was developed based on the fact that the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol and potassium ferricyanide could be suppressed by DOX in alkaline media, and the inhibitory intensity was linear with the concentration of DOX. The parameters which affect the chemiluminescence signal were investigated. Under the optimized conditions ,the linear range of 0. 4-2. 5μg/mL with the detection limit of 2.9 -10^-2 μg/mL was gained for the DOX. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2. 1% was obtained for eleven-time consecutive determinations of 1.2μg/mL DOX. The method was applied to the detection of DOX in plasma, and the recoveries were in the range of 98.4% - 102. 0%.
