摘　　要：针对吉林油田压裂返排液有机物含量、稳定性以及分子量均较高的特点,采用混凝气浮、生化降解与活性炭吸附工艺,研发制造了DQS模块化组合设备并在吉林油田乾安采油厂投入生产。实际应用结果表明:经该设备处理后的出水CODCr为35mg/L、SS为2.6mg/L、石油类为0.54mg/L,达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级排放标准。Coagulation and flotation,chemical and biological degradation,and activated carbon adsorption technology are employed against the characteristics of high organic matter content,high stability and molecular weight of the fracturing fluid in Jilin Oilfield.Therefore DQS modular equipment set is developed and put into production in Qian'an Oil Production Plant of Jilin Oilfield.Practical application results show that the effluent CODCr of 35 mg/L,SS of 2.6 mg/L,and petroleum matter of 0.54 mg/L are realized after the treatment with the device,reaching the second emission level in GB 8978-1996 'Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard'.
