吸绦净和吡喹酮治疗小鼠微小膜壳绦虫病比较试验

摘　　要：本研究观察了吸绦净注射液对自然感染微小膜壳绦虫小鼠的治疗效果 ,同时与吡喹酮注射液进行了比较。将吸绦净和吡喹酮分别以 0 .75g/kg、0 .5g/kg和 0 .2 5g/kg体重剂量皮下注射 ,后间隔 1小时粪检并于给药后 30分钟、1小时、2小时和 3小时剖检 ,结果发现吸绦净用药组小鼠 5小时～ 8小时虫卵即转阴 ,而吡喹酮用药组 2 4小时转阴。剖检发现吸绦净对消化道中虫体有较明显损伤和破坏作用 ,而吡喹酮在相同剂量情况下作用效果不明显。The therapeutic effect on mice infected with Hymenolepis nana naturarlly with injection Xitaojing and Praziquantel was reported.The mice were subcutaneously administrated with injection Xitaojing and Praziquantel at the same dose of containing 0.75g/kg,0.5g/kg and 0.25g/kg body weight respectively,All the mice were detected and necropsied at 30min,1h,2h,and 3h after administration.The results showed that there were no eggs to be found in 5h 8h in the group treated with injection Xitaojing while there were many eggs to be detected until 24h after administration in the group treated with injection Praziquantel.Compared with Praziquantel,injection Xitaojing can be oboursly destroyed segment of the parasite.However,it should be further studied for mechanism to destroy segment and eggs of the parasite with injection Xitaojing.
