摘　　要：运用药剂科不断改进、不断积累的药品质量监督与管理制度探讨药品质量管理的道路。从药剂科药品质量管理的目标出发,制定基本的药品监督管理制度;坚持持续改进的理念,对药品质量监督管理制度不断完善、不断充实;对不同部门建立相应的独具特色的药品质量监督管理制度;激发各部门人员的药品质量管理工作责任心等方面进行有效探索,以健全药品质量管理制度、优化工作程序、保证药品质量。The use of the Department of Pharmacy to the continuous improvement of drug quality supervision and management system of pharmaceutical quality management,roads continue to accumulate.Starting from the the Pharmacy drug quality management objectives,the development of basic pharmaceutical supervision and management system;adhere to the philosophy of continuous improvement,and constantly improve and enrich the pharmaceutical quality supervision and management system;to unique drug quality supervision and management of different departments system;inspire departments personnel pharmaceutical quality management sense of responsibility to effectively discover,optimize working procedures in order to improve the quality of medicines management system,to ensure the quality of medicines.
