摘 要:植物钾素的常规测定方法-H2SO4-H2O2消煮法不仅操作复杂,且有一定的危险性,为提高效率,人们致力于寻找可以替代的提取方法。本文研究了盐酸溶液浸提黑麦草中钾时盐酸浓度、用量和提取时间对提取量的影响,结果表明,盐酸浸提法的提取条件为浓度0.5 mol L-1,用量为20 ml 20℃下振荡60 min,其精密度和回收率均较高。经t检验结果可知2种方法测得的结果无显著性差异(P=0.064),但与消煮法相比,盐酸浸提法具有简便、快速、节约以及环保的特点。The H2SO4-H202 heating digestion method was commonly used in determination of potassium in plant. However, this method was characterized by operation complexity and low efficiency. An alternative method was extremely needed. In this study, the effects of the concentration, volume and time of HC1 on the potassium extraction were investigated. The results showed that the lixiviation method under the conditions of 0.5 mol L-1 concentration, 20 ml volume and 30 min shaking time at 20℃ had considerably higher accuracy and recovery rate. Although t-test showed that the results by the two methods were insignificant (P=0.064), the lixiviation method appeared to be a better method to determine potassium content in ryegrass as a result of easier operation, lower cost and slighter environment pollution.
