摘  要:本文以杂交粳稻滇杂35为试验材料,研究氮素水平对水稻叶片衰老的影响。结果表明,随氮素施用量的增加,滇杂35的叶绿素含量、叶面积、光合速率、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著下降,因而降低叶片的衰老进程,促进了植株对氮素的吸收和利用;施用氮素也增加了滇杂35的株高、有效穗数、穗长、千粒重、结实率。本试验以1.6 g氮素施用量为最佳,其光合速率、千粒重、结实率较高,叶片衰老速度是最慢的。The hybrid rice dianza 35 treated as the tested materials to study the effects of different nitrogen levels on leaf senescence. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen levels, the chlorophyll content, leaf area, photosynthetic rate, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) of dianza 35 increased significantly, while the content of malondialdehyde relatively slower, sequentially, improved the efficie (MDA) decreased significantly. Therefore, the leaf senescence was ncy of nitrogen absorpti dianza 35 plant height, effective panicle, ear length, 1000-grain weight, nitrogen was the best nitrogen level, in which the photosynthetic while leaf senescence speed was the slowest. on and utilization.
