摘　　要：目的调查北京市部分公共场所室内的吸烟情况和控烟措施现况。方法对北京市区内长途汽车站和火车站、西城区公立医院及部分餐馆、网吧共五类公共场所室内进行现场观察30 min,并记录室内吸烟、劝阻及控烟措施实施情况,应用复杂抽样模块进行数据分析。结果 58%调查场所室内存在吸烟情况;22%调查场所的工作人员对吸烟人员进行劝阻;所有被调查场所都采取了至少一项控烟措施,52%的场所有禁烟标识,3.8%的场所张贴吸烟有害健康的宣传,10%场所有烟草售卖,尤其在长途汽车站(36%);31%网吧和19%餐馆在室内非吸烟区提供烟灰缸。采用Logistic回归方法分析显示,控烟措施每增加1种,公共场所发生吸烟的风险降低0.64倍,关联具有统计学意义(95%CI:0.4044-0.9997)。结论不同种类、不同规模公共场所室内的吸烟发生和劝阻情况不同;场所内采取的控烟措施种类越多,发生吸烟的风险越小。Objective To investigate the occurrence of smoking and its dissuasion by staff and tobacco control measures were conducted in Beijing. Methods During April, 2011, we conducted a survey in restaurants, cyber-cafes, and hospitals in West- Beijing District, and in all railway stations and long-haul bus stations in urban Beijing. We observed the smoking among public venue customers and whether staff attempted to dissuade the behavior, and the presence of tobacco control measures in those pub- lic venues. Data analysis accounted for the complex Survey design. Results Overall,58% of the venues had one or more persons smoking during the observation period and dissuasion by staff was observed in 22% of the venues. All venues had one or more to- bacco control measure;52% had ＂No Smoking＂ signs;3.8% had anti-smoking posters. Conversely, 10% sold cigarettes,particu- larly long-haul bus stations（36% ） ;31% of cyber-cafes and 19% restaurants provided ashtrays in no-smoking areas. A higher number of control measures were associated with less observed smoking（ OR =0.64,95% CI： O. 4044 -0. 9997 with each in- creased measure using logistic regression）. Conclusion Smoking and dissuasion of smoking were different in most public ven- ues. A higher number of control measures were associated with less observed smoking,
