摘  要:目的综合评价5-羟色胺2A受体(5-HT2A)基因C102T多态性与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普数据库和万方数据库,全面收集5-HT2A基因多态性与OSAS关系的病例对照研究,照纳入排除标准选择试验并评价质量,而后提取有效数据进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入5篇文献,其中外文4篇、中文1篇,包括607例患者。Meta分析结果显示所有模型中,5-HT2A基因C102T多态性与OSAS均无相关性,在随后以种族分类的亚组分析中,结果无变化。结论现有临床研究证据显示,5-HT2A基因多态性与OSAS易感性无相关性;但由于纳入研究的方法学质量较低,期待更多高质量、大规模的临床随机对照研究加以论证。Objective To evaluate the relationship between T102C polymorphism of the serotonin-2A(5-HT 2A) receptor gene and the susceptibility of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods A case-control study of the relationship between T102C polymorphism of 5-HT 2A receptor gene and OSAS was carried through document retrieval from PubMed, Cochrane Librar- y, China Academic Journals Full-text database, VIP Database and Wanfang database. The trials were selected and evaluated ac- cording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A meta-analysis of the valid data was performed. Results All 5 articles(4 English and 1 Chinese) including 607 cases of patients were included in this study. Meta-analysis results showed that there was no corre- lation between T102C polymorphism of 5-HT 2A receptor gene and the susceptibility of OSAS in all models, and so did in the sub- sequent subgroup analysis of racial classification. Conclusion The existing clinical evidence shows that there were no association between 5-HT2A gene polymorphism and susceptibility of OSAS. However,due to the methodological quality of included studies is low ,we look forward to more high-quality and large-scale clinical randomized controlled study should be demonstrated.
