循证护理在食管癌放疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的突出循证护理在食管癌放疗患者中的应用价值。方法根据循证依据,检索相关文献,然后对证据的真实性、可靠性及临床实用性作出评价,最后通过循证护理策略,达到缓解患者心理压力、减少放疗副反应和并发症的目的。结果通过对食管癌患者进行偱证护理,结果发现,显效占80.3%,有效占88.6%,无效占11.4%,死亡占0%,因此将循证护理应用于食管癌放疗患者,制定有效的护理措施,可缓解患者心理压力,减少放疗副反应和并发症的发生,从而提高患者的治疗效果。结论对于食管癌放疗患者,循证护理可有效地减少放疗副反应和并发症的发生,缓解心理压力,保证患者顺利完成放射治疗,建议在食管癌放疗患者中推广循证护理。Objective To explore the application of the evidence-based care for esophageal cancer patients receiving radio- therapy. Methods According to evidence-based method to retrieve relevant documents, then to evaluate the authenticity, the reli- ability and elinical utility of the evidence, the final adoption of evidence-based care strategies, the objects of these works above are to release the psychological pressure and to reduce the patient radiation reactions and complications. Results Request for certifi- cate of care for patients with esophageal cancer,it was found that the apparent effects accounted for 80.3% ,88.6% effeetive,in- valid （11.4% ）, death（0% ）, and therefore through the application of evidence-based care in patients with esophageal carcino- ma, taking effective care measures can ease the patient＇ s psychological pressure, reduce the incidence of radiation side effects and complications, and thereby improving patient outcomes. Conclusion To patients treated with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer, evidence-based care can be effective in reducing the incidenee of radiation side effects and eomplieations, redueing the psycholog- ical pressure, and ensuring that patients with the successful completion of radiation therapy,it was recommended that the request for certificate should care be promoted in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
