综合护理干预对银屑病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对银屑病患者生活质量的影响。方法将106例银屑病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组53例。对照组采用皮肤科常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上采用心理干预+生活方式干预+服药指导等综合护理干预。两组患者分别于干预前后采用世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHO-QOL-BREF)进行问卷调查,然后分析比较干预前后两组患者生活质量得分。结果经过综合护理干预,实验组生理、心理领域得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组明显高于对照组。结论心理干预+生活方式干预+服药指导等综合护理干预能显著改善银屑病患者心理状态,使患者自愿采取有利于健康的行为,改变不良生活方式,降低复发率,延长缓解期,减少并发症,提高生活质量。Objective To study the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with psoriasis. Methods One hundred and six patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups. 53 patients in control group re- ceived the conventional care, while another 53 patients in study group received the psychological intervention, behavior interven- tion and drugs guidance. WHo-QoL-BREF was conducted to assess the quality of life, and the scores were analyzed and compared between two groups before and after the intervention. Results There was significant difference in physiology and psychology be- tween two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）, and study group was better than control group. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interven- tion can obviously improve patients＇ mentality, make them voluntarily adopt the healthy behaviors, change their unhealthy lifes- tyles, so to decrease the recurrence rate, extend remission stage, reduce complications and increase living quality.
