左旋精氨酸对萨福克肉羊繁殖性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：选择年龄、胎次相似的萨福克母羊105只,分为3组,每组35只,研究萨福克肉羊妊娠期日粮中添加左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对其繁殖性能、血清生化指标以及相关激素水平的影响。试验于2011年8月至2012年5月在新疆阿克苏地区天山肉用种羊有限公司进行,随机选取1组为对照组:饲喂自配料、自然发情、人工输精;试验1组:饲喂高能高蛋白饲料、外源激素处理〔孕酮海绵阴道栓+孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)+促黄体素释放激素(A3)〕、人工输精、添加L-Arg;试验2组:饲喂高能高蛋白饲料,外源激素处理(孕酮海绵阴道栓+PMSG+A3)、人工输精。3个组分别在补饲前、配种前、配种47d后采集血清样本。检测血清样本中7种生化指标的变化。记录母羊的发情数、配种数、受胎数、产羔数、产双羔数以及产羔时间。结果表明,在经过PMSG+A3处理,促进卵巢排卵后,给萨福克羊添加L-Arg在改善胚胎的附植和存活率的方面未见显著效果。在补饲前、配种后以及配种47d后,L-Arg对萨福克肉羊血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白的分泌有下降的作用;L-Arg对萨福克肉羊血清中尿素氮、血糖的分泌有提高的作用;L-Arg对萨福克肉羊血清中甘油三脂和维生素E的分泌无显著影响。The total of 105 Suffolk Mutton Sheep with similar age and parity were selected and divided in- to 3 groups,for each group 35 sheep only to study the influence of left-hand arginine （L-Arg） in diets of Suffolk Mutton Sheep during gestation period on their r6production performance, serum biochemicta inde- xes and related hormone level.The test was conducted in Suffolk Mutton Sheep Co. Ltd in Aksu Area,Xin- jiang from August 2011 to May 2012.One group was randomly selected as control group fed on self-made ingredients, receiving artificial semen deposition; Test group one was fed on forage with high energy, high protein, exogenous hormone treatment （progesterone sponge pessaries＋ PMSG＋ A3 ）, artificial semen dep- osition and was added with L-Arg;Test group two was fed on the forage with high energy,high protein,ex- ogenous hormone treatment （progesterone sponge pessaries＋ PMSG＋ A3 ）, artificial semen deposition.The serum samples from the 3 groups were collected before supplementary feeding and breeding after breedingfor 47 days.
