摘 要:以采集的新疆典型地域的野生狗牙根材料为研究对象,对其遗传多样性进行分析。通过筛选出的11对具有多态性的SRAP引物组合,PCR扩增共产生77条带,其中64条显示多态性。各材料间遗传相似系数为0.3548~0.7903,差异较大,遗传距离系数为0.1953~1.0826,说明新疆狗牙根资源间存在着丰富的遗传变异。通过聚类分析,可聚为2类,进一步明确了各野生材料之间的亲缘关系。The wild bermudagrass collected from Xinjiang typical regions were used as research object to analyze their genetic diversity.And 77 bands were amplified by 11 selected primers combination, in which 64 bands were polymorphic.The difference of genetic simila coefficient among materials is greater,which is between 0.3548-0.7903, and coefficient of genetic distance is between 0.1953-1.0826, it indicated that there are rich genetic variation in wild bermudagrass of XinJiang.Through the cluster analysis,it could be divided into two categories, the genetic relationship between wild materials was defined further more.
