摘  要:伊朗YD油田白垩系Kazhdumi层位主要岩性为沥青质页岩、灰岩,多数井在该层位钻进时发生了严重的稠油软沥青污染钻井液问题。该区块X19井在高压稠油沥青层的钻进中尝试使用了KCl聚磺水基钻井液技术,采取了如下处理稠油软沥青侵的措施:逐步提高钻井液密度减缓沥青侵入,混入15%柴油+0.3%乳化剂,置换受污染严重浆,并通过实施承压封堵、强钻、强下套管,最后成功固井,因处理稠油沥青侵共耗时33 d,排放受稠油沥青污染严重钻井液2 158 m3。结合对该油田X13井(最后填井侧钻)及AP-2井(最后弃井)在Kazhdumi层位钻遇稠油沥青层侵入钻井液复杂处理过程的分析,提出了预防稠油沥青层侵入水基钻井液的处理措施,并总结了Kazhdumi层位水基钻井液技术处理要点,初步建立了适合YD油田高压稠油沥青层钻进的水基钻井液技术,为该海外区块的进一步勘探开发积累了经验。For treating the invasion of heavy crude oil asphalt in YD oil field of Iran,the KCl polysulfonate drilling fluid system is used when drilling to the Kazhdumi formation that is mainly composed of ampelite and limmer.In well X19,some measures are taken to deal with the contamination of heavy oil asphalt,such as improving mud weight gradually to prevent invasion,replacing contaminated mud by fresh mud mixed with 15% diesel + 0.3% emulsifier,improving formation pressure containment,and blind drilling and running casing.The treating time is 33 days,and the contaminated mud is discharged by 2,158 m 3.Based on the analysis of contamination treating processes in well X13(plug-back and sidetracking) and wellAP-2(abandoned),some preventing contamination measures are summarized,and the water-based drilling fluid technology forYD oilfield is developed.
