摘 要:废弃油基钻井液是钻井作业完成后产生的废物,分析测得江汉油田废弃油基钻井液密度为1.3 g/cm3,pH值为8~9,含油量为53.2%,含水量为20.4%,固相含量为26.4%,其油相主要是柴油,还含有少量矿物油。通过单因素实验筛选出适合该体系的药剂有破胶剂浓硫酸(加至体系pH值为2)、混凝剂PFS及阳离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂、破乳剂CHP21680,并确定了合适的加药顺序为:破胶剂→破乳剂→混凝剂、絮凝剂。通过正交实验确定各因素对油相回收率影响程度由大到小为:破乳剂>混凝剂>絮凝剂;最佳加药量为:破乳剂为150 mg/L,混凝剂为2 g/L,絮凝剂为20 mg/L,此条件下油相回收率达83.7%。The analysis of the abandoned oil-base drilling fluid from Jianghan Oilfield is 1.3 g/cm 3 for density,8 to 9 for pH,53.2% for oil content,20.4% for water content and 26.4% for solid content.It mainly contains a large amount of diesel oil and a little of mineral oil.It is confirmed that gel breaking agent concentrated sulfuric acid(to pH=2),coagulant PFS,flocculation cation PAM and demulsifier CHP21680 are suitable to the abandoned oil-base drilling fluid through single factor experiment.The best order for agents addition is gel breaking agent,demulsifier,coagulant and flocculation agent.The orthogonal experiments show that demulsifier is the biggest influence factor to oil recycle rate,coagulant is the second and flocculation agent is the least.The best oil recycle rate is 83.7% with the best agents dosage 150 mg/L demulsifier,2 g/L coagulant and 20 mg/L flocculation agent.
