摘  要:对P91管样进行持久性能试验,其持久强度不低于相关标准推荐的持久强度,采用金相、扫描电镜和X射线能谱分析等手段对P91原始管样和经不同持久断裂时间的试样进行蠕变损伤分析。结果表明,P91在蠕变作用下,发生以蠕变孔洞为主要损伤方式的失效;在持久试验中,合金元素由固溶态向化合态转移,析出相不断形成,伴随持久试验时间的增长,析出相不断聚集长大,随着组织老化,P91钢管的硬度降低。Aiming at the permanence test of P91 steel, the test results can satisfy the requirement of the relevant standards. The creep damage analysis of original sample of P91 tube and lasting rupture was analyzed by test metallographic, scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrum analysis. The results show that under the action of Pgl in creep, the creep holes happen as the main way of damage failure. Alloy element solid solution state transfers into the combined state in permanence test with the enduration experiment time increasing, constantly forming phase separation, and grows up together. The hardness reduces as a result of the degradation of microstmcture.
