铁硅二元合金渗碳层的抗浆料冲蚀磨损性能研究

摘  要:分别对3种不同Si含量的铁硅二元合金进行了固体渗碳和热处理,借助于OM、SEM、XRD等手段对经固体渗碳后的铁硅二元合金的渗碳层的显微组织进行了观察分析和确定,并测定了其表面硬度以及抗浆体冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明:经930℃×8h固体渗碳+水淬后,铁硅二元合金渗碳层表面硬度最高达66HRC,渗碳层显微组织为M+γ+Fe3C+SiO2;经180℃×3 h低温回火后,表面硬度均能保持在62 HRC左右,渗碳层显微组织为回火M+残余γ+Fe3C+SiO2。其中Fe-1.5Si渗碳8 h水淬+低温回火后的抗浆体冲蚀磨损性能最好。Solid carburizing and heat-treatment to three different Si content iron-silicon alloy were carried out. The microstructure of carburized layer was studied by OM, SEM and XRD, the surface hardness and resistance to paste erosion wear performance were measured. The results show the surface hardness of the alloy after 930℃×8h carburizing and quenching treatment is up to 66 HRC, the matrixes are martensites, austenite, Fe3C and SiO2; and the surface hardness keeps about 62 HRC after 180℃×3h low temperature tempering, the matrix is tempered martensite, retained austenite, Fe3C and SiO2. The resistance to paste erosion wear property of Fe-l.5Si alloy after carburizing for 8 h + water quenching and low temperature tempering is best.
