摘 要:采用热喷涂与热化学反应法在AM50表面制备涂层。采用热震实验测试了涂层的结合性,利用X射线分析了涂层以及基体的物相组成,利用ML-100磨损试验机测试了涂层的耐磨性。结果表明:涂层中含有Al8Si6Mg3、Al3.21Si0.47、Al9Fe0.84Mn2.16Si、Al3.2Fe等第二相;含有过渡层的涂层与基体结合性比不含过渡层的涂层好;采用普通热喷涂工艺制得的涂层与AM50基体相比,耐磨粒磨损性能提高了2倍,黏着磨损性提高了1.7倍。The coating on AM50 surface was prepared by using thermal spray and thermochemical reaction method. The coating combination was tested by using thermal shock, the phase composition and substrate were analyzed by X-ray. The wear resistance of the coating was measured by ML-100 wear testing machine. The results show that the coating contains the second phase Al8Si6Mg3, Al3.21Si0.47, Al9Fe0.34Mn2.16Si and Al3.2Fe. The strength containing transition layer coating is better than that of non-bonding coating. The abrasire wear resistance and adhesive wear increases of the coating increase 2 times and 1.7 times than that of AM50 matrix.
