摘  要:在防水铬鞣黄牛鞋面革的研发中,选用防水剂A与防水剂B,依据制革工艺板块模式设计工艺方案,并对各工艺方案所得坯革进行防水性能表征。结果表明:防水剂A拥有优异的防水性能,但材料成本较高;防水剂B的防水性不如防水剂A,但材料成本相对防水剂A低一些。在不损害皮革防水性能的前提下,防水剂A和防水剂B二者复配使用,2种防水剂复配比例为1∶1时,不仅可以使皮革拥有较好的防水性能,还可以使生产成本得到显著降低。In the study of waterproof chrome tanned cattle hide upper leather, two waterproof agents: A and B were selected and used. Different processes were designed based on the theory of leather making process plates. The waterproof property of leathers made by different processes was tested. Results show that: the waterproof property of agent A is excellent, but the cost is high ; the waterproof property of agent B is not as good as that of A, but with a much cheaper cost. On the premise of maintaining the waterproof property of leather, both the two waterproof agents were adopted with a proportion of 1:1 ,which results in the leather not only has good waterproofness, but also significantly reduces the costs.
