水性聚氨酯在合成革干法加工中的应用技术探讨

摘　　要：介绍了目前聚氨酯合成革制造技术的绿色清洁化发展方向,特别是对水性聚氨酯树脂在合成革干法加工过程中的应用技术进行了深入的探讨。重点对干法加工的水性聚氨酯树脂所需具备的技术要求,以及水性聚氨酯在干法加工中的工艺技术条件进行了阐述。The development directions of the green and cleaning technology in synthetic leather manufacture were introduced. Especially, the green and cleaning technology of the dry process which used waterbome polyurethane in synthetic leather was discussed. The discussion focused on the technique requirements of waterborne polyurethane, and technique factors of manufacturing in synthetic leather dry process.
