摘  要:目的通过对铜绿假单胞菌MSHA菌苗小鼠体内抗癌效应的研究,验证该菌苗对多系小鼠瘤细胞的侵袭是否有预防和治疗作用。方法预防性治疗研究时,先给阳性对照组小鼠皮下注射B.C.G 6 mg、预防治疗组小鼠注射PA-MSHA菌苗0.5 mL,再对全部小鼠均进行16A3及S180细胞株移植,25~30 d后统计小鼠的抗癌效应;治疗性疗效研究时,先给小鼠进行相应的瘤株移植,再随机分组进行B.C.G、PA-MSHA菌苗注射治疗,末次注射5~10 d后统计小鼠的抗癌效应。结果 B.C.G注射液对多系小鼠肿瘤有一定的预防和治疗作用(P<0.05)而PA-MSHA菌苗对小鼠肿瘤的预防和治疗效果更加显著(P<0.01)。结论 PA-MSHA菌苗能通过增强机体的特异性细胞免疫功能和非特异性抗肿瘤免疫活性改善自身的免疫状态而发挥其抗癌效应,从而预防和治疗肿瘤的发生和发展。Objective Through investigating the anti-cancer effect of Pseudomonas aeruginosa-MSHA vaccine in mice,to validate the significant preventive and therapeutic roles of this vaccine against tumor cell invasion in multi-line mice.Methods In preventive treatment,the positive control group was injected subcutaneously 6 mg of B.C.G,while the prevention treatment group was injected 0.5 mL of PA-MSHA vaccine.Then all mice were transplanted with 16A3 and S180 cell lines to evaluate,after 25-30 days,the anti-cancer effect;In therapeutic treatment,mice were given tumor strains transplantation first,and then divided randomly into 2 groups to accept B.C.G and PA-MSHA vaccine injection respectively.After 5-10 days,the anti-cancer effect was evaluated by statistic methods.ResultsB.C.G injection had a certain preventive and therapeutic effect against tumors in multi-line mice(P0.05),and the effect of PA-MSHA vaccine was more significant(P0.01).Conclusion PA-MSHA vaccine can improve immune system and play an anti-cancer role by increasing the specific cellular immune function and nonspecific anti-tumor immune activity,and treat the tumor and prevent it from occurrence and development.
