摘  要:以棕刚玉为骨料,煅烧α-Al2O3粉为基质,并以天然鳞片石墨和膨胀石墨为碳源,研究了加入天然鳞片石墨/膨胀石墨为4wt%/0,4wt%/0.5wt%,4wt%/1wt%,0/4wt%时Al2O3-C材料的性能及显微结构的变化,旨在获得Al2O3-C材料的良好的性能及显微结构,达到低碳化的目的。研究表明:随着膨胀石墨加入量增多,显气孔率显著提高,体积密度明显降低;常温及高温强度随着膨胀石墨加入量的增多大幅度降低;通过SEM观察到膨胀石墨微晶分散在基质之间,起到分散剂的作用;当只加入4wt%膨胀石墨时,试样内没有碳化硅晶须生成。The properties and microstructure of Al2O3-C materials were studied on this paper for getting good properties and microstructure and decreasing the total amount of carbon,when the "natural flake graphite/expanded graphite" is 4wt%/0,4wt%/0.5wt%,4wt%/1wt%,0/4wt%,with the brown corundum as aggregate and the calcination α-Al2O3 powder as matrix.The results show that the apparent porosity increases apparently and the bulk density decreases hugely when the amount of expanded graphite is increasing;the room and high temperature strength decrease hugely with the amount of expanded graphite increasing;the microcrystalline of expanded graphite were seen between the α-Al2O3 powder by SEM and the α-Al2O3 powder are scattered by the microcrystalline of expanded graphite;the SiCw have not been found when the "natural flake graphite/expanded graphite" is 0/4wt%.
