摘 要:弱碱三元复合驱抽油机井结垢造成检泵频繁,分析了油井垢样组成、形成原因、除垢剂配方及现场除垢效果。研究结果表明:垢样含碳酸盐75%以上,少量的有机物和硅酸盐,中心井结垢频繁,当聚合物浓度在1800mg·L^-1和碱浓度800mg·L^-1以上时,卡泵现象发生的频率加大。除垢剂中HF6%。10%、盐酸10%-15%、有机酸5%~8%、螯合分散剂8%~12%、表面活性剂2%-4%、缓蚀剂0.1%~0.5%,除垢率大于95%,腐蚀率小于0.15g·m^2·h^-1,现场试验成功率80%。提前除垢和井口增加循环除垢装置,可以提高除垢成功率。The scaling problems of rod-pumping wells in weak base ASP flooding caused pump inspection pe-riod shorten. The composition and formation mechanism of scale sample in oil-wells were studied, formula of scale remover and removing effect in feildwork were also sudied in this paper. The results showed that more than 75% of the scale composition were carbonates and the rest were organics and silicates. Rod-pumping central wells scaled frequently. When the concentration of polymer and base were above 1800mg·L^-1 and 800mg·L^-1, the frequency of pump stucking increased. The formula of scale remover were HF 6%-10%, HC1 10%-15%, organic acids 5%-8%, chelate dispersing agent 8%-12%, surfactant 2%-4%, corrosion inhibitor 0.1%-0.5%. The scale removing rate was above 95%, corrosion rate was under 0.15mg·L^-1, success rate in field was 80%.
