摘  要:目的:研究CD105及VEGF在水泡状胎块与水肿性流产的绒毛滋养细胞中的表达差异及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常妊娠(NP),30例水肿性流产(HA),20例部分性水泡状胎块(PHM)和20例完全性水泡状胎块(CHM)患者绒毛滋养细胞中CD105和VEGF的表达水平。结果:①CD105在NP、HA、PHM和CHM中的阳性表达率分别是55.00%、36.67%、85.00%、95.00%,CD105在HM中阳性表达率明显高于HA和NP(P<0.05);②VEGF在NP、HA、PHM和CHM中的阳性表达率分别是50.00%、33.33%、25.00%、15.00%,VEGF在HM中阳性表达率低于HA和NP(P<0.05);③经Spearman等级相关检验,CD105和VEGF在HA与HM中表达呈负相关(r=-0.447,P<0.05)。结论:CD105和VEGF可作为标记绒毛滋养细胞的免疫组化标记物,用于水泡状胎块和水肿性流产的鉴别诊断。Objective: To explore the different expressions and significances of CD105 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in villous trophoblasts between hydatidiform mole (HM) and hydropic abortus (HA) . Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of CD105 and VEGF in villous trophoblasts of 20 cases with normal pregnancy (NP) , 30 cases with HA, 20 cases with partial hydatidiform mole (PHM) and 20 cases with complete hydatidiform mole (CHM) . Results: ①The expressions of CD105 in NP, HA, PHM and CHM were 55%, 36. 7% , 85% and 95% , respectively. The expression of CD105 in HM was significantly higher than that of HA and NP, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . ②The expressions of VEGF in NP, HA, PHM and CHM were 50% , 33.3% , 25% and 15% , respectively. The expression of VEGF in HM was lower than that of HA and NP, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) . ③ The result of Spearman correlation test showed there was a negative correlation between expressions of CD105 and VEGF in HM and HA ( r = - 0. 447, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : CD105 and VEGF can be used as immunohistochemcial markers of villous trophoblasts to differentiate diagnosis of HM and HA.
