摘 要:以七水硫酸亚铁和硫酸铝(工业级)为原料,用直接氧化法制备新的水处理剂———聚合硫酸铁铝(polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate,PAFS),在单因素的基础上,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,运用响应面分析和优化适应混凝处理生活污水的PAFS的制备工艺。探讨了反应温度、时间、SO42-/Fe、NO3-/Fe、Al/Fe、PO43-/Fe、OH/Fe摩尔比对生活污水TP去除率的影响。结果表明:PAFS的最佳制备工艺条件为反应温度、时间和SO42-/Fe、NO3-/Fe、Al/Fe、PO43-/Fe、OH/Fe摩尔比分别为84℃、48min、0.38、0.47、0.11、0.14、0.03。在此条件下制备的PAFS对生活污水TP去除率为98.67%,与模型预测值拟合性良好,偏差为0.38%。同时,生活污水的COD去除率达到79.13%,浊度去除率达到98.12%。A new composite coagulant polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate (PAFS) was synthesized using FeSO4 ~ 7H20 and A12 (SO4)3 (industrial) by the direct oxidation method. The optimization of preparation process of PAFS was investigated using single factor and response surface methodology based on Box- Behnken central design. Parameters affecting the coagulant performance, such as reaction temperature, time, SO42-/Fe, NO3 /Fe, A1/Fe, PO43-/Fe, and OH/Fe molar ratios were examined. The results show that when temperature, time, SO42-/Fe, NO3 /Fe, A1/Fe, PO43/Fe, and OH/Fe molar ratios were 84~C, 48 rain, 0.38, 0.47, 0. 11, 0. 14, 0.03, respectively, it is the optimum conditions for synthesis. In this condition TP removal was 98.67%, and the experimental results were in good agreement with the predicted values of the model equation with 0. 38% deviation. Furthermore, COD (chemical oxygen demand) and turbidity removal efficiency were 79.13% and 98.12%, respectively.
