摘 要:多相电机通常采用集中绕组和非正弦供电方式,以改善磁场分布并提高电机的转矩密度。针对多相电机的上述特点,提出定子缺相时非正弦供电的容错运行策略。以9相异步电机为例,基于故障前后定子磁动势保持不变的原则,构建了剩余各相的电流方程组。分析了忽略7次谐波磁场、仅保持故障前后1、3、5次定子磁动势不变等容错策略,并通过引入定子铜耗最小的附加条件来求解正常相的电流。电流环采用比例谐振控制算法,实现了相坐标系下的无静差控制。通过实验对上述算法进行了验证,结果表明多相电机在非正弦供电情况下能获得较高的转矩密度和较平稳的运行性能。Multiphase motors commonly adopt concentrated windings and non-sinusoidal sources in order to improve the flux distribution as well as torque density. A strategy for fault tolerant control under phaseopen fault is proposed due to the characteristics of multiphase motor. Taking a 9-phase induction motor for example, the equations of currents for the remaining phases were derived, which is based on the principle that the stator magnetic motive force (MMF) is kept unchanged after the fault occurrence. The remaining phase currents commands were solved when the copper losses were minimized 7th harmonics of stator MMF, only keeping 1st,3rd,5th harmonics unchanged. Proporti by neglecting the onal resonant control strategy was adopted in the current loop, to achieve zero ac current error in the stationary frame. In the end, experimental results shows improved torque density and smoothed torque ripple, which validates the proposed strategy.
