摘　　要：周恩来的民族发展观是中国共产党第一代领导集体民族发展观的重要组成部分,它包括我国少数民族和民族地区发展的实质、道路、方式等方面的基本观点。深入研究周恩来的民族发展观,对新时期民族理论的创新和民族工作的实践都具有的十分重要的现实指导意义。Zhou Enlai＇s outlook for ethnic minority development is an important component of the collective outlook for ethnic minority development of the first leading group of CPC. It includes ideas about the nature, route and manner of ethnic minority development in our country. It is of practical guidance for the ethnic minority theory innovation and work in the new era to further study Zhou Enlai＇s outlook on ethnic minority development.
