冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 2008年对242例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿于三伏天、三九天进行芥子咳喘膏穴位贴敷,并随诊3年。每年贴敷后各进行3次电话随访,对贴敷后每年的临床疗效,坚持随诊的187例患儿的中医证型疗效、治疗前后1年内呼吸道感染每月平均发作次数及发作程度、病情变化进行评价。结果 2009年及2010年临床疗效均优于2008年(P<0.012 5)。随诊的187例患儿肺脾气虚型总有效率高于营卫不和型及肾虚骨弱型(P<0.012 5),且治疗后反复呼吸道感染每月平均发作次数减少,发作程度减轻(P<0.05);治疗后1年内感染次数明显下降,其中气管炎、肺炎发病率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷能明显减少小儿反复呼吸道感染发作次数,减轻发作程度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application therapy about treating winter disease in summer on prevention and treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 2008,242 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children received mustard Kechuan paste acupoint application in the dog days of summer,the third nine-day period after the winter solsticethe and follow-up of 3 years.3 times telephone follow-up was conducted in a year after sticking.Annual clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine efficacy 187 patients of Adhere to the follow-up,the average monthly number of attacks and attack more of respiratory tract infection within 1 year is and the condition changes were evaluated.Results The clinical effect in 2009 and 2010 was superior to that in 2008.The total effective rate of asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi type was higher than that of disharmony of nutrient QI with defensive QI type and renal deficiency with weak bone type（P〈0.05）.The average monthly number of episodes of recurrent respiratory tract infections was decreased and recurrent respiratory tract infections attack was lessened after treatment（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of bronchitis and pneumonia was decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint application therapy about treating winter disease in summer can significantly reduce the number of episodes in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections,thereby reducing the level of attack,is worthy of clinical.
