摘　　要：目的总结传染病医院抗菌药合理应用专项整治效果,分析整治难点,探讨有效措施。方法回顾性分析专项整治不同阶段目标管理的达标情况,分析不同管理策略的有效性,总结影响因素,分析原因。结果在不同管理措施下,传染病医院抗菌药合理应用达标情况不同。艾滋病病房和ICU抗菌药使用是影响DDD值达标的主要难点。结论需抓住重点部门及科室,强化管理,采取针对性措施,方能获得良好的治理效果。Objective To summarize management effect and analyze difficulties on the rational use of antibacterial pharmacy in infectious diseases hospital, and to explore effective countermeasures. Methods A retrospective analysis of management target data in two different stages was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of different management strategies. The factors influ- encing management effect were summarized, and forming reasons were analyzed. Results The effect were different under the dif- ferent antibacterial pharmacy management measures in infectious diseases hospital. The antibacterial drug usage in HIV/AIDS wards and intensive care units I ICU ） was the main difficulties that affected hospitals DDD value. Conclusion Good control effect can be obtained by strengthening the rational use of antibacterial pharmacy in key departments on the basis of comprehensive management in infectious diseases hospital.
