摘　　要：阐述了某医院培养总住院医师的做法和体会,认为总住院医师培养是医学人才培养中的重要阶段,总住院医师制符合临床医师培养规律,能加速提高医疗技术水平,有利于人才素质的全面提升。只有加强总住院医师阶段的培养,才能造就高质量的临床医师。The article describes the practice and understanding of training of chief resident in the XiJing hospital. We consider that training of chief resident is an indispensable important stage in training of medical talent. The high quality clinician can be created through strengthening the training of chief resident.
