摘　　要：在分析国内外现有便携式制动性能测试仪的特点和功能的基础上,研制了一种基于数字加速度传感器AIS226DS的制动性能测试仪。文中主要介绍了系统各部分硬件设计以及软件总体结构设计。利用单片机完成加速度传感器输出值对时间的积分算法,实现了对被测车辆的制动性能测试。考虑到便携仪器低功耗需求,选用C8051f585单片机和CAT6219电源芯片,降低了整机功耗。经静态校准和实车路试测试,该测试仪的测量精度高、稳定性好。On the basis of researching current braking performance tester characteristics and functions. We developed a portable motor vehicle braking performance tester based on the digital of acceleration sensor AIS226DS. This paper describes the system hardware design and software overall structure design. Using single chip computer to accelerat integral of an sensor output value with respect to time, realize the vehicle braking performance test. Considering the portable instrument demand for low power, thorugh selection of C8051f585 MCU and CAT6219 chip to reduce power consumption. Through the data of the static calibration and real car test on the road, verified the instrument has high measurement precision, good stability.
