基于开放空间体系研究的总体城市设计初探——以涿州总体城市设计为例

摘　　要：当前我国正处于高速的城市建设中,历史的城市特色和固有的地域特征可能在大规模的城市改建中消失。因此,如何传承并发展这些特征对于当前的城市发展显得尤为重要。该文认为由于开放空间本身所具有的开放、介入、集聚等特质,极易成为城市空间形态的核心和代表要素,因此开放空间在快速化的城市建设中可以为地域特征和人文特色的继承和发展起到重要的作用。该课题组结合新的涿州城市总体设计这一实际设计项目进行探索,主要通过研究地域人文活动特征为出发点,建立其开放空间体系,并将所挖掘的涿州地域文化特征、传统城镇空间和典型的空间模式贯穿其中,进而围绕开放空间体系、活动区、活动点,由宏观、中观到微观逐层提出相应的空间形态控制与设计要求。基于人文特征的开放空间体系的城市设计,能够一定程度上使未来城市的形态和发展轨迹符合原有城市特征和人文特色的要求,实现在城市空间中延续和传承历史文化。China currently is at the stage of high-speed urban construction, and some historical urban characteristics and regional features may be lost. How to inherit and develop these traits is crucial to current urban development. This paper is based on the attributes le.g. openness, access, accumulation, etc.） of open space in cities, proposes open space system may facilitate urban construction to be with regional features and cultural characteristics. Through a design case of Zhuozhou City＇s Master Urban Design, we conducted a series of study on open space. To start with, we studied cultural activities in this city and concluded the traits. After that, the system of open space was established based on these traits of human activities, combined with the regional characteristics and vernacular city space patterns. In the end, we proposed space design requirements of open space at the macroscopic, mesoscopic and microscopic stages. Based on the urban design focusing on open space and cultural activities, future urban form and developing route may achieve the goals of inheriting historical urban characteristics and cultural features.
