摘  要:介绍了目前国外最具代表性的BS 7910,SINTAP和API 579三种压力管道失效评定方法及规范,以及我国制定的用于管道及压力容器安全评定的CVDA—1984《压力容器缺陷评定规范》和GB/T 19624—2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》。分析了国内外压力管道安全评定研究概况,指出国内近年来开展的研究主要基于"合于使用"原则,采用R6,SINTAP,CVDA—1984,BS 7910,ASME和在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定等标准对含缺陷压力管道进行安全评定,还需进一步结合国内管道运营以及安全评定实际状况,形成更具有本国特色的管道完整性安全管理体系。In this article, it introduced the most representive three kinds of pressure pipeline failure assessment methods and norms at the abroad, BS 7910,SINTAP and API 579, as well as CVDA--1984 Assessment Norms for Pressure Vessels Cracks and GB/Y 19624--2004 Safety Assessment for In-service Pressure Vessels Containing Defects. It analyzed the research overview of safety assessment of pressure pipeline at home and the abroad, pointed out that the research which be carried out in China in recent years is based on conformity for application. Adopting R6,SINTAP,CVDA--1984,BS 7910,ASME and the standards in Safety Assessment for In-service Pressure Vessels Containing Defects to conduct safety assessment for pressure pipeline containing defects, which will further combine pipeline operation and actual situation of safety assessment in China domestic, so as to form safety management system of pipeline integrity with China characteristics.
