摘 要:采用制管过程中的三丝埋弧焊焊接工艺,研究了不同焊接热输入对X65MS三丝埋弧焊焊接接头组织、力学性能及抗HIC性能的影响。结果表明,在所研究的热输入范围内,焊接热输入对焊接接头的组织、强度、韧性、硬度均有影响,对焊接接头的抗HIC性能影响不大。随着焊接热输入增加,焊接接头强度、冲击韧性和硬度降低,组织变得粗大。在外焊热输入为34 kJ/cm时,X65MS三丝埋弧焊焊接接头具有优良的综合性能和抗HIC性能。The effects of hearinput on the microstructure, mechanical properties anti HIC-resistance of the X65MS pipelilw steel welded joints were studied by using the three-wires submerged are welding process, and the results showed that within the research scope of heat input, the heat input has some effects on the mierostructure, strength, toughness, and hardness of the welded joints, while slight effect on HIC-resistance perfommnce. With beat input increasing, the strength, impact toughness and hardness of welded joints reduce, and the microstureture become coarse . When the outside welding heat input is 34 k J/cm, the welded joints of X65MS three-wires submerged are welding are with excellent comprehensive properties and HIC-resistanee performanee.
