摘 要:通过水培法研究了不同供钾水平对烟苗生长和钾累积的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,在一定范围内钾供应水平的提升能显著改善烟苗的生长状况。供钾水平在0~10.00 mg/L范围内,烟苗的干重、钾累积量都随着供钾水平的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,烟苗的干重、钾累积量在供钾水平为4.00 mg/L时达到最大。说明在一定范围内,增加营养液中的钾含量有利于烟苗干物质及钾的累积,供钾超过一定的水平则会起抑制作用。The water culture method was carried out to study the effects of potassium supply level on growth and potassium accumulation in tobacco seedlings. The results showed that, with the increase of potassium level, the growth status of tobacco seedlings was improved obviously, and when the potassium level was 0-10.00 mg/L, dry weight and potassium accumulation of tobacco leaf were all sharp increased firstly,reached the maximum when the potassium level was 4.00 mg/L, then de- creased slowly. It showed that in a given range,the raising of potassium ion concentration would promote the increase of dry weight and potassium accumulation in the plants,however,it would inhibit the accumulation when potassium supply level ex- ceed some certain rang.
